How do you eat keto in a restaurant?
TRANSCRIPT:
When someone starts eating a low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat, ketogenic diet, they might think it is impossible to do. But staying keto while eating out is not hard at all.
Be willing to ask for what you want and omit the things you don’t. When they offer the bread, say no thank you. Ask for real butter. Choose fattier protein sources like steak or salmon. Get a green leafy salad and drizzle your own olive oil or avocado oil from home. Instead of pasta, rice, or potatoes, get the vegetable option with broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, and squash adding butter to the top of them.
See, eating out on keto isn’t impossible.
